TGIF! How is everyone? I'm in a funky mood for a Friday. This week has been mentally exhausting. (chuckle chuckle) So I poured some Jack Daniels and picked up my guitar. Both very much elevate my mood. Now, it would be nice for someone to listen to me play. And that would be you, I hope. That really adjusts my attitude. I hope you enjoy it!

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! Today is the day we celebrate the colonies’ independence and separation from the Kingdom of Great Britain and King George III. We have continued to fight for democracy and independence around the globe ever since. We saved democracy by defeating Hitler and German rule and other authoritarian regime wanna-bes. Yes, I am aware of our own sins. Let's save it for another time.

I have asked Jackson to join me on this song, to which he has gladly accepted since it required no effort on his part. His enthusiasm for my music is sometimes overwhelming.
This is a song from my first album, “Ruff Draft”, released seven years ago, called “My Back Pages”, written by Bob Dylan. Ken Meyers from North Fort Myers is on banjo and Ed Miller from Cape Coral is playing percussion. I hope you like it!
